2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are customized or personalized are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  • Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and return shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
